The first in a double A release, Agua E Sal is followed by The Woman In Me. A dual release deciphers feelings of loss, renewal, and comfort within grief. The Sicilian songwriter Fabrizio Cammarata brings a poetic and melancholy score that can help us transition from summer to autumn and beyond. With a multilingual approach, Fabrizio Cammarata enjoys writing in several European languages that invoke special symbolism and perspectives unique to their heritage. Translating to Water and Salt, Agua E Sal is reminiscent of tears, a symbol that transcends time to Passover, thousands of years ago. Written in honour and memory of a friend who is no longer with us, let’s settle down and put a bit of the Mediterranean in our system.

Close-up acoustic guitar resonates wholesome chords as the vocal enters. Spiralling lyrics flurry with melodic spontaneity as harmonies and inflections reveal aspects of the journey within.
