The new single Best Day Ever is an instant hit taken from their new album; the 11-track Here Comes Our Wave is riding it out across the horizon. Recorded across two mammoth sessions at Buzzbomb Studios down in Orange CA and released by Toronto’s Dine Alone Records, to which they join contemporaries such as NOBRO, Jimmy Eat World, and The Dirty Nil, the single and album takes us on a rock opera journey through meandering emotions and settings. Here’s the hook. 
 
It begins with a mix of chugging melody and wailing feedback. Drums and bass join the flow and before we know it a firework show of guitar bashes open the box from within. The vocal hits, lyrically easy to follow, the party vibe is fortified by the progressive major key melody of the power-chord based riffs. The lead guitar sings across in a ringing tune that carries the vocal further with harmony and rhythm. A roaring energy carries forward each bar with the overlapping lines and quick-paced flow from section to section. Repeating melodies and uplifting patterns continue to capture the beat as the song frames the perfect energy enlisted for the sequence. The more you listen, the more you discover, with layers and progressions decorating every corner of the track.
