With their third helping of lush and cinematic dreamwave on the books in the form of a newly produced album, the LA-based duo LUCKYANDLOVE bring a new single in style. Created by the talented kindred spirits April Love and Loren Luck, the pairing reveal escapist and imagination distributing semblances that collapse into vivid and enchanting out of body experiences. That is if you let them. The entire Humaura album was made with not one but two top-drawer engineers. The Grammy-Award winning engineers Be Hussy, known for work with Twin Tribes, Alcest, Swervedriver, The Church, and Modern English, plus from Cheap Trick, 2Pac, Iron Maiden, Garbage, Wheezer, Dr Dre, and Grimes production credits Nicholas Townsend. Exploring what it means to be human without any electronic manipulation or guidance; I Am Human is a celebration of spirit that waits for your attention.

A burst of snare breaks into synthesiser melodics, gated and blippy. The track opens quickly as layers fall into place and give rise to soaring vocals. The beautiful timbre of her voice sits over the landscapes of sound and reveal poignant lines that hit home. Great sounding tunes reflect in the note choices as the verse chorus flow mixes gracefully between thrusting punching music. Frantic and spinning harmonies throw down the challenge as the words continue to split the emotional clarity down the middle and lay the pieces side to side.
