Caught in the middle of a pandemic with his life split across continental boundaries Tiny Fighter member Tim Spelman developed into new directions. Submerging himself in production, elevating his style, and pushing the boundaries of his skills, the result has been the phenomenal growth of electronic downtempo act Kaapstaad. Developed into a genre favourite with the help of Marcus Wallberg and Tommy Wilen in Stockholm, the debut single Night was received brilliantly all-round. Joining forces further with British production company UNTHNKBLE, this latest single is given an equally sublime visual to match.


The warm crackle of vinyl lifts a piano melody on buoyant atmospheres. A laid-back rhythm envelops the progression as musical passages flow in graceful suites of story. Sound effects from the synthesiser burst through the moment with abstract inclusions as distant ambiences creep into earshot behind the ever-present dynamics of piano. Gradual evolution rises as the harmonies change key in pivotal moments that gild the beautiful theme which permeates all variation.
