The eighth single from the Sheffield-based synth-rock group Skyracer has just been unleashed around the world. Last Token continues the theme of nostalgic melodies with emotional ferocity combining to create a dramatic and memorable soundtrack to the dream. They spent the best part of 2025 writing, producing, and collaborating, releasing a steady run of tracks to mark each milestone. They’ve worked with people like J.A.H, House of Serpents, and Sweet Little Machine. This new track is written around the concept of life being a video game, and you’re the character worth spending a last token on. Is it romantic or is it an admiration of strength? The final track from their self-released debut record, Skyracer V1.0, this is your Last Token.
