It's a real privilege to welcome Chloe Collins back to Sound Read Six. Her country-pop singer-songwriter style brings warm and fuzzy feelings whenever she's on. A real talent, Chloe Collins was a born performer. Singing and dancing before she could properly walk and learning the guitar from the age of 8, now as a young woman Chloe Collins brings her years of practice to the stage and studio. Likened to early Taylor Swift and clever like Ed Sheeran, Chloe's previous music has been featured on TV and the radio all over the world. Her new single, Devil I Know, follows on and continues the phenomenal story of this great artist.


Sombre keyboard brings a moody atmosphere before Chloe Collins begins with a jazz inspired melody. Soulful bursts of emotion and song sway together with ensuing strings and piano. Bass begins to thump alongside as the melody progresses into further manoeuvres. A chorus breaks free as the snare hits with elastic snap as the melodic sounds swagger in orchestral style. A story of relatable lyrics continue a wandering journey through emotive and personally touching words. We feel the artist, we sink into the music, the piece works a series of magical outbursts through manicured and expertly controlled expression.
