Hell To Pay
Merging the unique talents of heavy metal maniacs from both Belgium and South Africa, 10 Rogue have created a vibrant and fiery alternative sound. With melodic and groovy composition, the music turns up the energy to release the full-form attack that evolves from this genre. Members of the band have each got their unique attributes and personality, with one of the guys being famous for putting music mogul bigwig Simon Cowell in his place. These are the same guys with a member that supported Bon Jovi live and one who reached the final of a huge radio competition. 10 Rogue bring the bad and make is sound better than good as they untie Hell To Pay and let it run off into the wilderness.
With a jump-start, the music bursts into being with a fantastic guitar progression that shreds and roils beneath a bump and crash of drums. The lyrics enter, it’s like Guns n Roses with a bluesy feel that dances into fun and lively scales of melody. An Alice in Chains style composition chugs and tractors in stages of progressive punch. The mix of influences continues to grow as the vocal style adopts a nu-metal sense with harmonising sounds over the long-projected melismas. A continuous thump and roar maintain the upbeat and powerful music as the song takes us from start to finish with screeching corners and white-knuckle accelerations.
