A sunken bass tone throbs among distorted drums. A vocal sample churns the energy outward which leads into a space-age synth and blues-oriented guitar. L E Kippner begins to sing, her elegant and alluring voice beckons us in like a siren on a warm ocean. The waves of guitar break like crests as melodic compositions chop at the spongy sentiments and evocative depths of bass. The song unwinds like silken threads, a trail of emotional understanding lines the still-life memories and looks to the future. Interesting harmonies blend with dream-pop style deliveries as rhythmic melody carries the music between the distinctive and delicate verses.

Rising up from the Atlanta music scene, I Am A Rocketship prepare to release their new album, La Cruella. Setting the stage and raising the scaffold for launch day, Do You Feel Good makes the ticket with a glimpse of what is yet to come. Atmosphere and an alternative-pop feel makes sure the duo stands out from within the realms of what is orbit-worthy. Making use of loud guitar riffs alongside electronic rhythms and dancing vocal-lines, the culmination of compositional elements gives way to a unique and edgy catchiness. The single represents the first time the band have enlisted contribution from the outside. With the epic drummer Kellii Scott from Failure, who’s worked with Christina Aguilera, Enemy, Pink, Dr. Dre, and Veruca Salt, the turbo-charged track is an ultimate fuel for their super-sonic journey.  
 
A punchy rock rhythm accompanies a wailing guitar that strides out in a haunting melody. The music simmers down after grabbing our attention and the vocal begins. A seriously pretty voice floats over picked chords with hushed reverb and chorus to bend out the tone. As the story continues the vocal drifts upward in passion as the rock music reveals itself again with thumping clarity. Eerie guitar melody merges with crashing drums as acoustic chords glide through the underneath. The style leans in towards gothic rock such as Mothburner and yet maintains a breezy and easy-going attitude that calls for upbeat sensations.
