An exploration of feeling unwanted, vulnerable, and in need of tenderness in a cruel and cold, impersonal world, singer and songwriter Diana Planche reveals the soul of solitude through dreamy and imaginative bars. Classically trained and a graduate of Queen’s University, the musical skills she’s built get their full space to flourish with a self-guided outreach into the open skies of her imagination. Written while witnessing first-hand the ravages of dementia and memory loss, the music and lyrics explore the feelings of forgetting our lives. The song, Young and Lonely by Set Feux, is accompanied by a delightfully nostalgic and beautiful video.
