A sunken bass tone throbs among distorted drums. A vocal sample churns the energy outward which leads into a space-age synth and blues-oriented guitar. L E Kippner begins to sing, her elegant and alluring voice beckons us in like a siren on a warm ocean. The waves of guitar break like crests as melodic compositions chop at the spongy sentiments and evocative depths of bass. The song unwinds like silken threads, a trail of emotional understanding lines the still-life memories and looks to the future.
