Now living in New York, the Slovenian music producer Gramatik is enjoying a continual run of fan-building and scene setting releases. Since his early days of making lo-fi hip-hop on his home computer and listing them for sale, the prolific sound masher has become a massive force in the genre with people all over the world enjoying his sounds. In recent years, Gramatik has tokenised his catalogue with a GRMTK token on the blockchain. Collaborating with Luxas and Audioglyphs, the artist builds on his shared vision that began in 2020 with the reimagining of the Cyberpunk 2077 Soundtrack. This latest single brings music fans through the gates and into the world of lossless NFT audio.


With a warm crackle of vinyl and a whoosh of lush synthesiser, a bass tone creeps through the droning harmony. Building up in amplitude, a surge of intensity rises to a heavy thump bass as the progression evolves into sombre melody. An industrial reverb clatters on scattered rhythms as the thunderous bass continues to throb with presence. Voice sounds mingle in phonic inflections that warp under ethereal majesty. Another break gives rise to arpeggio style synthesiser that dances and ripples in a twinkling progression that bubbles with luminosity. An upward current pushes us through audio spheres that grow in spacious abstraction until it closes.
