Teaming up again for another impressive offering, XEDM and FR3SH TrX have released Taipeh. Their previous collaboration received huge fanfare from dancehalls and DJs with the combining qualities available from the companions. Sven Hessel AKA FR3SH TrX is renowned for working with international luminaries in the field and bringing his talent and knowledge to various fields in the process. Having worked with XEDM once before to bring the inventive and inspirational I Can’t Believe It, the Taiwanese DJ of increasing fame is back to bring yet more combined direction. Named after the world-famous Taipei building, the track with a small alteration brings the spirit of traditional and the modern to a rhythm and melody fest that we can listen to.
 
It begins with a word then a rush of synthesiser that rumbles into digitally enhanced vocals. Rhythm and bass grow in the foreground as stabbing melodies bring energetic explosions of intention. The psy-trance style mix of bass and drum give rise to spectral directions of musical flow. Vocals exchange bars with leading synthesisers as the human and electronic elements mingle and dance in forward directions. Progressive ripples push the rhythmic intensity higher and higher as stages merge into the next level with build-ups that continually flow into one another.
