Taking talent from both sides of the Atlantic Ocean, Lusitanian Ghosts have worked with Hamburg’s Clouds Hill Studios to bring their latest record. Taken from the new album, Lusitanian Ghosts III, The Long Train has been mixed by Sebastian Muxfeldt, who’s worked on records by Teenage Fanclub, Peter Doherty, and Elbow. Describing themselves as producing the ancient sounds of the 21st Century, this neo-folk outfit are full of intrigue and mystique as their writing captures the essence of two periods of time.
 
A vibrant tune opens with wandering bass tones and a flux of moving melodics. The vocals enter and draw on images we can all relate to. An effervescent energy bubbles through the music s choppy notes vibe on spinning axes of dream. A lo-fi feel evaporates as the clarity of the band punch through the hedonistic sensation. A compendium of happy feelings and big-picture visions combines the direction of joyous vibrancy that surges with the delivery.
