Stalwart Northerners, The Voluntears are enjoying a union with Fred Cannon’s Creative and Dreams Music Network. Invited to join the enterprise, the band bring a fresh and interesting edge to the radio music scene. An inventive and very British edge gives way to unique and catchy songs that entertain and inspire. Their latest single is Rosie Road and is given the video treatment with a fun and watchable performance.
 
It begins with a thumping rock drum rhythm that ascends into frills of sparkling guitar. A new-wave energy thrusts the song forward as the vocal kicks in with strong and uplifting harmonies. The major key bobs along with a gleeful positivity as the rhythm section pounds along on the steady and quick-paced track. A dramatic flow of lyrics swings back and forth from verse to chorus as the punky and sunshine infused song takes flight. Rosie Road from The Voluntears is a fun and jumpy anthem to better days that might as well start right away.
